We Welcome You To Book Your Children’s Party At The Butterfly Gardens

As a non food venue it does allow you to save costs and bring your own Food & Party Bags with you.

We will supply jugs of Squash & Water – You will need to bring your own disposable cups for your party.

What we offer

Exclusive Use Of The Bug Hut Marquee For Groups Of 20 Or Above

For The Duration Of Your Party you will have exclusive use of the Bug Hut Marquee and unlimited entrance to the Butterfly Gardens. The Butterfly House is not exclusive to your booking. There will be other visitors inside.
For groups of under 20 we will reserve the appropriate number of tables relevant to your party size which means we do not need to apply a minimum booking size.

Butterfly Balloons

Every guest attending the party will be presented with one of our highly sought-after Butterfly Balloons, adding personal and memorable touch to their experience.

Party Host

You will have a single goto person who will support your visit, run activities and ensure your party runs smoothly. There will also be staff inside the Butterfly Gardens to answer any questions and point out caterpillars and other things you may miss.

Activities

If you would like us to set up some activities such as making Butterfly Face Masks, Pipe Cleaner Butterfly Rings, Pom Pom Caterpillars or just simple colouring please speak to us and we will be happy to arrange this for you.

Mini Beast Handling

We will be doing our Popular Mini Beast handling sessions and these will take place either in the Butterfly Gardens or In The Marquee. (Temperature Depending).

Prices

The price is £5.50 Per Child.

Every 5 Children Booked Can Include 1 Adult Free.
Additional Adults Will Be Charged @ £6.50 Per Person.

Terms & Conditions

  • Adults Are Responsible For The Children In Their Party & The Party Host Is There To Support The Adults Whilst They Are Here.
  • A minimum of 2 Adults or more depending on the size of your group. We are here to enhance the party , not to run it or supervise it.
